Using ReelFab
Use ReelFab only if you can legally enter into this agreement or have the permission required by applicable law. Keep your sign-in codes and account access secure. Guest projects are associated with a guest account; losing access to that session can make recovery difficult.
Features, availability and limits can vary by device, platform and plan. Check your current plan and credit balance before starting processing.
Your content and permissions
You retain the rights you hold in the materials you submit. You give ReelFab the permission needed to store, transmit, process and transform those materials, including through the processing services described in the Privacy Policy, to provide the features you request.
Upload or link only material you are entitled to use. Obtain permission from people whose image or voice you use where required. A public link does not automatically grant rights to reuse the source. You are responsible for how you publish or share the resulting content.
Acceptable use
Do not use ReelFab to violate another person’s rights, create unlawful or deceptive impersonations, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service or bypass account, payment or credit limits. We may restrict access when necessary to address abuse, security threats or legal requirements.
AI-generated results
Transcripts, suggestions, edits and generated images may contain errors, unexpected details or material similar to other outputs. Review results before publishing. ReelFab does not guarantee that an output is accurate, unique or cleared for your intended use. Availability of third-party models may change.
Purchases, renewals and credits
Current web purchases use Gumroad. The checkout offer and receipt identify the price, currency, billing period, applicable taxes and whether a payment renews. Review these details before paying. Apple in-app purchases are not currently offered.
Plans allocate credits for processing. Plan credits refresh monthly, including on annual plans; unused plan credits do not roll over. Under the current web-credit rules, purchased extra credits expire 60 days after the latest extra-credit purchase, and voucher credits expire 10 days after a voucher grants credits. Another extra-credit purchase or credit-granting voucher refreshes the expiry of the remaining credits of that type. These rules do not describe Apple IAP credits.
Use the payment provider identified in your receipt to manage recurring payments or request cancellation. Deleting ReelFab or closing an account does not automatically cancel external billing.
Payment problems and refunds
For a missing purchase, incorrect credit balance or failed paid operation, contact support with the account email, receipt/order identifier and a description of the problem. Do not send full card details.
Refund requests are handled with the payment provider and the rules applicable to the purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer remedies or withdrawal rights that apply to you. These terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or waive any statutory right.
Stopping use and account deletion
You can stop using ReelFab at any time. Save any exports you wish to keep before requesting account deletion. The Privacy Policy explains the deletion process and limited records that may remain. Subscription cancellation and refunds are separate from deletion.
Availability and responsibility
ReelFab can be affected by maintenance, network failures or interruptions at processing providers. Keep copies of important original materials and exports. No uninterrupted availability or particular creative outcome is guaranteed.
These terms do not limit liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be limited, including any mandatory rights available in your country.
Apple app licence
If you obtain ReelFab from the App Store, Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement applies unless a custom agreement is presented for that app. These service terms explain use of ReelFab’s services; they do not change your agreement with Apple.
Changes to these terms
The effective date identifies the current terms. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate. Changes do not remove mandatory rights or retroactively alter a completed purchase contrary to applicable law.
